- Lightweight: Offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Under the same rigidity (E·J), the weight per unit area of aluminum composite panels is approximately 60% that of aluminum sheets and 30% that of steel sheets.
- Strong Adhesion: High 180° peel strength ensures the aluminum and plastic core do not delaminate during long-term use.
- Weather Resistance: Minimal color and gloss changes over prolonged outdoor exposure, with no coating detachment. Typical service life exceeds 20 years.
- Corrosion Resistance: Surface coatings exhibit strong adhesion, resisting acid (10% H2SO4), alkali (10% NaOH), and salt spray corrosion. PVDF fluorocarbon resin coatings are particularly robust.
- Wind Pressure Resistance: Meets national Grade A standards, suitable for high-rise exterior wall decoration.
- Flame Retardancy: Core layer consists of non-toxic polyethylene, sandwiched between non-combustible aluminum sheets.
Processing Performance
Our aluminum composite panels can be processed using standard woodworking and metalworking tools for cutting, sawing, milling, punching, pressing, folding, and bending, enabling precise execution of diverse architectural designs.
